I would never do business with this dealership or Ford again. The lack of communication, customer service, and accountability from both the dealership and Ford Corporate has been unacceptable. I was given the runaround multiple times, clearly expressed my concerns to both parties, and still received no meaningful resolution. My vehicle has been to the dealership four times for the same issue, and it remains unresolved. My buyback request was denied, and neither the dealership or Ford Corporate has offered a reasonable solution. This experience has been beyond frustrating and has completely eroded my confidence in the brand. I will not purchase another Ford, or would I recommend one based on the way this situation has been handled. More

He stayed late on a Friday after closing so I could visit the dealership in person that night to see and the deal was exactly as stated, no games, just great pricing exactly as quoted. Also their finance guy Jon discovered an additional rebate we qualified for and surprised me with additional savings when I came to pick the van up. George Wall Ford is simply a great family owned dealership to deal with. No pressure, no games, I would highly recommend them and will be purchasing my future Ford vehicles here.
