They did it again My wife was unhappy with the Ford Escape she purchased at George Wall in Shrewsbury, the car just wasn't for her. But here we were with a new car and My wife was unhappy with the Ford Escape she purchased at George Wall in Shrewsbury, the car just wasn't for her. But here we were with a new car and years of payments to go. We figured why not ask them at George Wall if we could do something about this. We had bought our previous two cars from them. Wow were we thrilled with the response. Jeff Wall, Bret, and Mike did everything a customer could ask for, worked a great trade in on the Escape and set us up with an excellent lease program for a Lincoln. My wife is thrilled with the new car and she was able to get out of the old car without much financial damage. It has been a pleasure (again) to deal with the professionals at George Wall and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reputable, hard working, and honest group of people to purchase a vehicle from. We will be back again for car number FOUR when we are ready to purchase. Great job George Wall of Shrewsbury. More

Nice buying experience. I have purchased many cars over the years and I would have to say that this dealership and its people rates as the best so far. Kevin was the sales I have purchased many cars over the years and I would have to say that this dealership and its people rates as the best so far. Kevin was the sales person who greeted me and took me through the process very patiently showing me the car as well as the test drive. We negotiated a good deal along with the help of Matt. Kevin is relatively new there but he was very good answering all questions and concerns. I will definitely return when looking to make another purchase. More

I was a nervous buyer, being a young woman there by myself. I was treated with so much respect and literally everyone went out of their way to be supportive. Bob, Matt and Pat particularly helped me through the whole process and made my time there enjoyable. I did not start the car shopping process thinking that it would be easy, but they actually made it perfectly seamless, and I am thrilled with my new Ford Escape! I will absolutely be back there and recommedning friends to visit! More

Each time I was looking to lease a new Ford Explorer, and came to the dealership with less than stellar credit. He was patient and understanding, and helped facilitate the lease of the perfect vehicle. It was so perfect in fact that I decided to let my wife keep it, putting me in the market again for a vehicle! I returned for the second Explorer within 8 months, and again was provided with an opportunity to drive away with the perfect vehicle. The staff was always professional, courteous and creative knowing my situation was a bit unique. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership, and in particular Matt based on my great experience here!
