I had spent two months looking for used cars online and had a very specific set of criteria for my desired vehicle (ratings, certification, mileage, appearance, options and of course price). I was excited to discover what looked like a perfect match at George Wall. My first point of contact was customer relations manager Amanda Lees, who was very helpful in quickly confirming the availability of the car, setting up an appointment for me the next day and providing me with information that wasn't available on the online listing. My salesman Ahmed Ibrahim was extremely friendly, respectful and patient. He answered all of my questions in a direct manner and took me through the process as expeditiously as possible. Working with business manager Pat Osterlo on the financial side was a true pleasure. She was deeply knowledgeable and straightforward about all fees and charges. My experience at George Wall was a delight by any standard, and the dealership in general was a highly professional and very pleasant environment. I was encouraged to test drive the vehicle for as long as I wanted and it was no problem at all when I advised that I wanted my mechanic to look at the vehicle prior to purchase. I could not have asked for a better overall car buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership and Mike Lally in particular. This will be my first stop when I need another vehicle!
