My husband and I love Weber Chevrolet in Columbia Illinois we drive an hour and a half to have our vehicles serviced by them ONLY!! Exceeded Our Expectations Donnie Vernier was great to work with. We walked in with a Colorado in mind. Instead of just showing us that vehicle, Donnie took the time to listen t Donnie Vernier was great to work with. We walked in with a Colorado in mind. Instead of just showing us that vehicle, Donnie took the time to listen to what we actually wanted, not the truck we thought was a fit. The Colorado was not what we needed. He showed us a Silverado V8 Trail Boss. We didn't like a few of the features on it so he showed us a V6 LT and we fell in love. Some dealers will not work hard when they know you are looking for a pre-owned vehicle. That was not the case with Donnie. They did not have anything in stock that was going to meet our needs, but a few days later one showed up and he emailed us immediately. After test driving we knew it was the perfect fit...mileage, color, price, options, etc....everything was what we wanted an needed. Donnie was very straightforward, always took the time to answer our questions, and was sure we were satisfied throughout every step. They cleaned up the truck inside an out and did an amazing job, even better than expected. Also, the dealership is pet friendly so we were able to take our pups with us the evening of the purchase, instead of having to leave them at home after they had already been home all day. The facility is immaculate, and they have a nice waiting area, though we did not sit there long because they serviced us so quickly. Thank you Donnie and the Weber family for everything! More
