Were on our way from Texas to Minneapolis when the front u-joint went out on our 2004 GMC Sierra. We had stopped at a dealership in Altoona and were told that they may be able to get us in "late next week" u-joint went out on our 2004 GMC Sierra. We had stopped at a dealership in Altoona and were told that they may be able to get us in "late next week" so we decided to go on and try to find another place. It was evening and we drove on to Ames and overnighted in our trailer at Wally World. Pulled in to George White Chevrolet the next morning a bit before 8:00 am and were met at the service door. We were worked right in and were back on the road shortly after 10 am. Very friendly people and genuinely desired to help us. Wish it were not 800 miles from our home. If you need assistance while traveling on I35 this is the place to go. More
