Shane Karns reached out to me by email and continued communication with me about any respond to my inquiry about a vehicle that I wanted to purchase. He was very respectful and cordial throughout the whole process from test drive to financing. Larry Sheffler, the business manager, was also very helpful and answered any questions I had about my application process and vehicle warranty.
