I was looking to upgrade my vehicle for something bigger as my family is growing. I told Marcelo exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle, price range, and payment I was wanting to stay within. Before running my credit, Marcelo created a sheet with all the numbers laid out in front of me so I could easily see and understand everything about my trade in value & the new payment.Marcelo is an over the top sales representative & can definitely find what anyone is looking for without rushing you, or calling you every single day, multiple times a day bothering you about vehicles. I really enjoyed that about George White, no pressure sales. I also worked with Steve from finance to get approved. He made this process so easy & was able to do most of it over the phone. Once I was approved, he called me and had everything ready the next day so I could just sign the paperwork. Quick & easy process.
