Excellent and SO Easy! I had done my research on a 2017 Honda Pilot EX-L AWD and contacted dealers for their best price. I thought I was all set with a different dealer and I had done my research on a 2017 Honda Pilot EX-L AWD and contacted dealers for their best price. I thought I was all set with a different dealer and a friend recommended Continental Honda so I requested a quote. Right away, Bob was willing to match the quote I found. They didn't have the color in-stock or in-transit so Mike, the GM, called and said they'd get me what I wanted in a few days and go even lower on my lowest quote. Bob and Mike were great. They gave me the breakdown in the cost via email, I confirmed there were not going to be add on dealer options and surprises when I showed up and they assured me there would not be. My wife and I showed up Saturday morning, the car was being cleaned-up, all the accessories I wanted were installed, and we signed our papers and were out the door within about an hour. Bob was easy to work with, straight forward. I answered our questions, went over the car, etc. I would easily recommend Bob and Continental in a heartbeat!
