We bought our first vehicle from Rich Jaeger about 2 years ago after our SUV had been totaled in an accident, so we were not at all even considering w We bought our first vehicle from Rich Jaeger about 2 years ago after our SUV had been totaled in an accident, so we were not at all even considering what kind of vehicle to get just a few days before we were forced into this decision. Rich was wonderful to work with. He talked to us, listened, listened some more, and he came up with several excellent options for us. We drove away that day with the perfect vehicle for us and our Golden Retriever, a 2005 Honda Element, with a dog friendly interior. I can say that now because it has been 2 years and we are still in love with this vehicle. Fast forward to present day...now we are ready to actually think about replacing our sedan. We over thought it and looked at WAY too many cars on the internet! At which point I called Rich Jaeger back and once again engaged his expertise. I had quite lofty expectations of this vehicle and it's features. Rich once again found us the perfect vehicle, a certified pre-owned 2014 Honda Accord. We came back to Rich Jaeger because of the wonderful experience we had the first time around with him. We feel like Rich got us the right vehicle at the right price both times! Next time we need a car, we will again call on Rich's expertise. Anyone can show you a car, but it takes someone special to listen the way that Rich Jaeger does and use his keen sense of expertise and insight to find the right car for you when you don't even know what car that is!
