First of all lets talk about the trade-in, they extremely under price the trade-in and when questioned how they got to that price? come to find out they use the lowest value options such as poor car conditions and such to undervalue your trade-in. Second of all they try to sell you the car at MSRP even though they knew we were using Costco car buying service and qualify for additional discount off the invoice pricing. We walked out and purchased a car at another dealer one hour later. Its always good to do your research and know what you should pay. More
