I bought my car from Rich Jaeger and he was honestly the best salesman I could have had. We had a relationship with him prior to purchasing my car because my mom bought a car from him a few months earlier. I feel this speaks highly of how much we liked him and how great of a salesman he is. He was really genuine and up front about everything. I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off or taken advantage of for being a female college grad who obviously did not know much about car buying. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Rich and Continental Honda and could not have asked for a better first car buying experience. Not only did Rich give me a great deal, he also took time out to explain everything to me and look over the car with me. He made sure I didn't leave with any questions or concerns. Will definitely go back to him for any future Honda purchases. More

certified pre owned Does not mean everything will work. They will never notify you with any ongoing issues with Bluetooth capability, they wait till you pay cash for your Does not mean everything will work. Dealt with many managers, salesman and service and not one has followed through to fix my problem. Then I call the Honda customer service, and they are as useless as the dealership. Then I was transferred again to another department and they will not do anything for me with any kind of compensation. Honda does not compensate for certified pre owned vehicles that have ongoing issues that they are aware of the Bluetooth issue. I asked Walter at customer service why the dealerships do not advise of certain ongoing problems, and his answer was corporate does not have any control over what the dealership does or does not do, so my question is why have a customer service in the Honda corp if they are not there to fix complaints or concerns with a particular group. I would never recommend buying another Honda or buy from Continental Motors group. More
