Busy day at Continental but Richard never forgot about us We have been in the market for a vehicle for several weeks.After doing our initial test drives of multiple vehicle brands. We narrowed it down to two. We have been in the market for a vehicle for several weeks.After doing our initial test drives of multiple vehicle brands. We narrowed it down to two. Our local market did not have the right combination of inventory, vehicle mileage and pricing so we expanded our search to the Chicago area and found the right vehicle at Continental Honda. We inquired about the availability of the on-line listing. Rich called us the same evening and confirmed that the vehicle still showed in their inventory. We made an appointment for a test drive the following day. While en route, we received 2 calls. One from one of the floor managers to confirm our arrival time. Rich called a short while later to let me know the vehicle we expressed interest in had been sold but there was other inventory we might be interested in. The dealership was very busy upon our arrival. We eventually did 2 test drives and settled on a vehicle that met all our criteria with about 50% fewer miles than the original vehicle that brought us in. The negotiation process was a give and takes and finance rates were better than I expected. Very good experience! More
