He was courteous, respectful, helpful, and didn't push us to discuss the price until we were ready. When we were ready to negotiate he was open, fair, and honest and worked hard to earn our business. In addition, everyone at Continental Honda was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. When the color we wanted on our vehicle wasn't immediately available, the General Manager called to assure us that "finding cars is what we do" and even scheduled a pick-up date for the next day, before they had located a specific vehicle. Finally, my wife picked up the vehicle by herself and was nervous about how she would be treated (she's had terrible experiences with car salesman in the past). She had a great experience, was treated with respect, and was out of the dealership within 45 minutes. Her experience speaks to the quality customer service across the entire dealership. If you don't like being treated like a salesperson is doing you a favor or being talked to with a condescending attitude, you're like me. I visited two other Honda dealerships before buying my first Civic here in 2009. The way other dealerships treat you makes you wonder how they stay in business, not here. I've had the pleasure of working with Victor Ponce on my last three vehicle purchases and he's always done an awesome job of breaking down every possible available option to get you the vehicle you really want. Vic is honest and upfront about your options and that is always welcomed when you are making a decision about a major purchase. After having a bout of unemployment, my credit score took a dip but the Finance Director, Mark Norwood, really fought to get me the best interest rate with Honda Financial. Mark really goes to bat for you with HFS and this last time he really exceeded my expectations by getting my payment BELOW what I was expecting to pay. First-time buyer, great experience!!! I came into Continental Honda looking to purchase a CPO Honda Accord. I spoke with the general sales manager, Bob G, over the phone a couple days pri I came into Continental Honda looking to purchase a CPO Honda Accord. I spoke with the general sales manager, Bob G, over the phone a couple days prior to visiting the dealership. He was very helpful, answered all my questions, and offered me a great deal on the vehicle - one that I could not pass up. I work long hours at work which makes it difficult to get to the dealership at a reasonable time on weekdays, however, he offered to hold the vehicle for me to look at until I was able to get to the dealership on Saturday. He was very accommodating to my schedule and showed he valued me as more than just a customer. When I arrived at the dealership on Saturday, he introduced me to Terry, who was my salesman, who provided a great car-buying experience. He made me feel very comfortable something I appreciated as this was my first time buying a vehicle. Terry was not rushing the process and was very patient. He explained everything to me and answered all questions I had while also allowing me autonomy in the decision-making process. I never felt pressured over any decisions. He also made me feel valued as more than just a customer. When I met with the financing department, the process was just as smooth with no problems at all with questions answered and everything explained more than adequately. Overall, I would definitely recommend Continental Honda for anyone in the market for purchasing a vehicle. If given the option to work with Terry, I would most definitely make that a priority - he was amazing! More
