My buying experience at Continental was a pleasure (again)!! My salesman, Terry was very informative, not pushy and very patient! I wasn't quite sure what model I wanted when I made it to the dealer, I test drove two models (and two different years of these models) and had questions on a third, Terry was very knowledgeable on all three and their differences, which helped me make my decision. Since I've purchased, I've emailed him with questions, which he has quickly replied with the information I've needed.
