Anyway, I swore they'd never see my car for service. Luckily, I found Continental Honda in Countryside. 5 STARS all around!!! My last car was a Lexus and I was used to their outstanding service... and honestly... was preparing myself for a "downgrade" in service by buying a Honda. I can say with all honesty, that I didn't even feel a difference! Great staff, MUCH more reasonable prices than Lexus - obviously - and outstanding service. I just finished my first oil change and tire rotation at Continental, first service since I bought the CRV. I will make the drive from the city happily to come back here every time! Katrina was my service manager - she was extremely nice and helpful and definitely went out of her way to provide outstanding service! Thank you guys! More
My previous car has recently become just about un-drivable, and being a college student, I was in dire need of a car at a great deal. I had been doing a lot of research and decided that the Infini un-drivable, and being a college student, I was in dire need of a car at a great deal. I had been doing a lot of research and decided that the Infinit G35 would be a great option if available. My father and I decided to stop by Continental Honda while dealership hopping and found out right away from the sales associate, Brian Grewe, that a new G35 had just come in. Although the process was relatively quick, Brian did an excellent job in helping us along the way. Like I said, we had a good idea of what car we were in the market for and Brian was committed to helping us find "our car" rather than pushing some other car on us. In addition, I had some questions about the specific car that we were interested in and Brian was always there to answer my phone calls and questions. I have been on several dealership visits with my father in the past and I haven't always had the best experiences with car salesmen and as a result I wrote off most salesmen as "sleazy" and wasn't always trusting of them. However, I did not feel this way with Brian. I felt that I was being helped by a peer/friend in finding the right car for me and I trusted that Brian would take care of me. I can also say that the entire sales team did a great job because we were able to get a price on the car for about $2000 less than I could find in all of my previous research and dealership visits. All in all, I would definitely recommend visiting Continental Honda as asking for Brian Grewe's sales expertise when searching for your next car. More
Continental was my final destination. After numerous phone calls to many dealerships and visits to the following locations (sometimes more than once): Muller (Highland Park), Pauly (Libertyville), McGr phone calls to many dealerships and visits to the following locations (sometimes more than once): Muller (Highland Park), Pauly (Libertyville), McGrath (Oak Park), Honda City (Chicago), O'Hare (Des Plaines) and Continental (Countryside), I chose Continental for one reason and ONE reason alone. Justin Norwood was the salesman who helped me purchase the brand new 2013 CRV EX model. I had initially come to the dealership to buy a lightly used 2012 CRV EX but it had been sold right before I had arrived. Instead of trying to make me feel like a moron, Justin bent over frontways/sideways/and EVERY way to get me a deal I was comfortable with on a BRAND new 2013 CRV EX. This adventure took place on a Monday. They held the car I wanted for me until Saturday when I arrived with my father. Keep in mind, we have leased 10 Hondas in the past decade from Muller. Muller and the other dealerships did not seem to have my best interest at heart and didn't really seem to care if I bought a car from them or not due to the way I was treated. Many people assume that a younger female is dumb and doesn't know anything about buying a car and treat them as such. Between the emails, phone calls and in-person visits, Justin Norwood was courteous, kind and very down-to-earth. His sales manager Joe also treated me kindly as well. Please make sure you visit Continental, (ESPECIALLY if you are a hesitant female shopper) and make it a PRIORITY to see Justin Norwood. You will not regret it. (By the way, I live 45 miles north of the dealership and believe I made the right decision). More
