Within the last 9 yrs, I have purchased 5+ vehicles from this location with every visit/purchase being stellar. On my last visit, I wasn't really looking to purchase a new vehicle, since the one I had this location with every visit/purchase being stellar. Working with Ahmet and Mike, they were able to get me in a brand new Crosstour at the right price and for the term length I wanted. Overall experinece has been great and I will be working with them in the near future; I plan on stepping up to the Pilot next time around. More
We had very friendly and cooperative working relations with the sales staff (Ahmet Se zer) and another one from the service dept. who had worked with us for overd 15 years & had recommended the sales repr with the sales staff (Ahmet Se zer) and another one from the service dept. who had worked with us for overd 15 years & had recommended the sales representative who finally did work out the final price. Since the color was not available then, the sales personnel found the color, got the car, got it ready and then we worked with the Business dept. official, Mike Manns, and worked out the final contractual arrangements, documents and eventually delivery of the car. We are indeed very happy with our experience at the Continental Honda/Countryside dealership. We shall indeed recommend this dealership and persons involved to our friends/family. More

Not being able to do business with local dealers, it took the good words of our family that had done business with Continental to make me make the trip. All negotiations were done in advance and I new a fair price when I received all my information. A good deal and made new friends. Our relationship didn't start off so well, but now it's great! We had a problem with an unauthorized service performed by this dealership. They can't be friendlier or more helpful and I really appreciate that. I didn't see a link on their website for feedback, or I would send a note directly to them. They're always open to discussing the repairs and make sure you understand what you're getting in to. Parts department is very helpful, too, though it is a bit annoying to have to wait in line for parts, wait in line for the cashier, then wait in line at parts again to pick up your part since they don't allow unpaid for parts to leave the parts counter. But they're helpful enough, I'm willing to endure that small inconvenience. More
