It was only natural that I return to Continental Honda for my shopping since for 8 years I had had such excellent service on my CRV. I did consider several other brands and models, but the deciding factor in my decision was my desire to return to Continental where I felt so comfortable with the quality of the service I had experienced over numerous visits. As I expected, all the employees I encountered this time on the sales side were as helpful as I'd always found the service personnel to be. My salesperson was attentive, answered all my questions, took me for a test drive, and managed to find the model with the features,color, and accessories I wanted. I would and have recommend this dealer and sales person. More
My experience with this dealership and Brent was beyond my expectations. It was an emotional time in my life and I needed to get a new car. He was very patient with me especially something as trivial as picking out the color! I never felt pressured into making a quick decision on anything. We did look st other dealers of different makes and I was very upset at Toyota especially. Brent had no problem giving me a quote on my trade-in so I knew how much it was worth before I even started a deal on the CRV. The other dealer would not even look at my trade-in. In this day and age money is a concern and Brent understood completely and made the deal happen. Very satisfied with this dealership two thumbs up!!!!my More
We did not end up purchasing from them, as we went with a Hyundai instead. That being said, HAD we bought the Honda, it would have been from this place. Joe and Mike could not have been any nicer. I had done some research on-line regarding the 2009 Honda Accord. I was a serious shopper this past Monday (07/13/09) when I visited Continental Honda...proven by the fact that on Thursday of this week (07/1 Accord. I was a serious shopper this past Monday (07/13/09) when I visited Continental Honda...proven by the fact that on Thursday of this week (07/16/09) I just purchased my new 2009 Honda Accord EX from Honda of Lisle. They won my business. I left Continental Honda based on the way I was treated by the sales staff. They looked at me as an "easy mark" to make a buck. The monthly payment I was quoted was later replicated online by entering a 13% APR in the finance rate. How interesting since my credit wasn't even pulled! I will NEVER recommend Continental Honda to anyone...actually, I will tell them what a horrible place it is and the sales staff disrespects women. More

In search of a new Odyssey I first visited Honda of Lisle as they have a good dealerrater score. Their salespeople were professional and direct but their dealership places little focus on used car sales so as they have a good dealerrater score. I did not want to deal with cars.com and then a new car dealer if I didn't have to so I took my information to Continental Honda. Their trade-in was in the ballpark and we negotiated from there to a good deal. Orlando was professional, relaxed and sincere and I recommend him. I think a lot of these good (or bad) experiences are employee-specific so I suggest calling and making an appointment with a recommended salesperson. More
Like an earlier reviewer, I was skeptical about this dealership because of the other negative reviews. But, we had an appointment already set up and I thought I would just enter the transaction with my dealership because of the other negative reviews. We were attracted to the dealership because of their prices, which were thousands less than any other dealer. My wife and I had done our homework and knew what we were after and we had our numbers and our exit strategy prepared. We did not have one moment of doubt after we walked into the shop. This is a classy organization that operates a clean show floor. The kids' area is nice and provides enough distraction for them to stay busy, the coffee is free, and the bathrooms are nice. We walked in, started signing papers, and that's it. Excellent experience. I recommend that you ask for Rudy Lika, he is completely customer-based and an excellent salesman. More
After being repeatedly disappointed with the service department at the Honda dealer closest to my home (Ed Napleton in Oak Lawn), we decided to give Continental a try. We were treated with respect and given straight answers, and service was performed at a fair price. They even told us that some service we had thought was needed was unnecessary, to their own (short term) financial detriment. We will continue to drive past Ed Napleton to get our Hondas serviced at Continental, and when it comes time to buy we will give them first shot at our business. More
I have visited this dealership 3 times, and i have never had a good experience with them. First of all, I went in for a Honda civic. I talked to Bill. He said he would copy my drivers license so I could had a good experience with them. First of all, I went in for a Honda civic. I talked to Bill. He said he would copy my drivers license so I could test drive the car. more than 5 minutes passed, I looked around and he was helping another customer that just walked in. He never even told me "sorry, i have to deal with someone else. can you wait a minute?" That right there is disrespectful to a customer. Secondly, the dealership lies to get your business. They say that "no honda fits are available for test drives ANYWHERE in chicagoland. you have to put down a deposit, and when it comes in you can test drive it. your deposit is refundable if you choose not to buy it." That day i went to another dealership and they had 2 honda fits available for test drive. When i went back and asked for my deposit, he said it wasnt refundable. Wow. I am going into the dealersihp this week to get my $200 back. Not recommended at all. They are very pushy salespeople who will do anything to make your car-buying experience as tough as possible. Look them up on BBB.com - they have an "unsatisfactory record" with the bureau. I ended up buying an accord from Valley Honda, which is part of the BBB and has a very good record. Hondas are good, but this dealership doesnt make it seem that way. More
