Although this was not a planned purchase, the knowledge, level of professionalism, honesty and perfect find made this usually challenging process a very delightful. I had a prior 2004 Acura MDX that finally gave way at 287,000 miles and due to my previous experience with Honda/ Acura I knew I needed to invest in another. We had many options including Infinity, BMW and Mercedes Benz but everything fell in place. I made an appointment with Milan and Ed and they prepared for our visit. The vehicles were spotless, well maintained and showroom quality. Together we found the perfect vehicle, pristine condition, low miles and even an extended warranty protecting us up to 150K miles! We purchased a 2017 Honda accord from Ed Borm at Continental Honda almost a month ago. We were very picky and looked at five different Accords at four different dealerships. We were impressed with the selection customer service experience at Continental. Ed Borm was the dealbreaker for me. He was extremely patient during our several trips to the dealer and very accommodating with every request in the process of trying to decide. I have to admit that buying the Honda Accord was a good decision all the way around. More
