Not only was he incredibly kind on the phone, helpful and willing to be flexible with our schedule, he went above and beyond to meet our needs. I asked about the mileage of the truck I wanted to purchase and he ran all the way to the back of the yard to get it for me! He also came in on his day off to make sure all of our credit and finance documents were set to go.
