Not only was he incredibly kind on the phone, helpful and willing to be flexible with our schedule, he went above and beyond to meet our needs. I asked about the mileage of the truck I wanted to purchase and he ran all the way to the back of the yard to get it for me! He also came in on his day off to make sure all of our credit and finance documents were set to go. Prompt communication, thorough with his information and does a great job of following through with his word. Truly, thank you Dan for your top-notch customer service! I have to confess that I had been to one more dealership before coming here and the difference is day and night. While some dealership can promise you a quote and change it once the customer enters their dealership, this place does not involve itself with such nonsense. They quote Continental Honda was very competitive (if not the lowest) and they stick to their words, and with excellent customer service. I can go this far saying that if I buy another car, I will definitely want to get it from here and I recommend anyone reading this review do so as well. The dealership was packed with people since it was month-end but Jimmy treated us as if we were the only customers there. We also enjoyed working with Roy (the business manager) who patiently answered all our many questions. Most people approach the car buying process with dread but we enjoyed ours and we attribute it to the terrific staff at Continental Honda. If we had lived closer, we would have loved to give them our service business as well. That's how much these folks have impressed us. More
