We've purchasd many cars in our life, but have never had a salesperson as knowledgeable and friendly as Michael Hall. There were no questions that he couldn't answer. The salesperson, Michael, was very comforatble to work with and we felt no pressure. I have had bad dealer experiences in the past and I was perfectly content to walk away if I felt any shady sales tactics or pressure. That wasn't the case. I am very happy with the car and a return visit to complete the vehicle protection package was seamless and convenient. I can honestly recommend this vehicle and dealer. More

In april 2011 I bought a new Hyundai Sonata from Gerald Hyundai. My initial contact with the dealership was with John Hemmeter via e-mail. Mr. Bournazos invested a good deal of time with me in the process of my purchasing the the Sonata. Even after I bought the car Mr. Bournazos invested his time an efforts to demonstrate the many mechanical features of the Sonata to me and my wife. I probably contacted every Hyundai dealership in the the Chicago area via telephone, e-mail or personal visit. I chose to purchase the Sonata from Gerald Hyundai because I was given the best price and personal attention By Messrs. Hemmeter and Bournazos.
