They issued someone else our VIN number. Funded Feb. 1st and wrong title info. sent Feb.11th. Bought New Lincoln MKC Jan. 4th, 2016 and it is just now eligible for registration at the DMV as of today 2/24/16. Is Jay a likable guy? Yes. Does he have integrity? No Does he follow through with what he says? No. Did he lie multiple times to his customers? Yes As far as the design of the Lincoln MKC---top notch However, I will NEVER recommend this dealership to family or friends, or the military. More
