After taking the test drive, I received an e-mail from Ford with instructions on how to get the gift card. The instructions said to go to a local Ford dealer, take a test drive, and register some dealer information at a Ford website, then Ford would send the card. After talking to the salesman, we took a test drive in an 016 F-150 (2.7 V6). The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly, though I had made it clear that I was there for the gift card (I just bought a new car 11 months ago), he gave me a thorough and fair sales pitch (very reasonable price) for the truck. Were I in the market, I would have bought the truck. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Ford (I bought a taurus from them previously). Ask for Ken, he will work with you. More

He took a lot of time and effort to meet my wants and needs with time management and price range. He was fast with the paperwork and Kirk was on top of the finance paperwork making everything super fast and easy. Everyone was very understanding and helpful. Eddie also took time to help me with everything in the car and was willing to answer any question ihad for him. Never once did I feel rushed to make a decision or pressured. I will recommend my family and friends to purchase their next vehicle at Bobby Jones Ford. Eddie is very down to earth and made me feel more like a friend rather than a potential buyer. 2016 Ford Explorer Went in to trade our old vehicle toward a new 2016 Ford Explorer lease. We were greeted at the door by Andrew and he immediately brought us in to talk about makes and models and began test driving. Once we settled on the Explorer we got the estimates and paperwork going. However, once we got to the last steps of financing and signing the lease Andrew had to hand us off to a finance manager. We ended up waiting for the finance manager for 2 hours while being told every 15 or 20 muinutes that someone was "on their way". We had already been at the dealership for 2 hours so our total time spent before we even saw a lease was 4 hours. There was another mixup with the finance manager at the last minute, we ended up seeing 2 different managers but everything went smoothly after that. Overall it was a good experience, mostly due to our salesman Andrew from the beginning. More

Ford was the last place I went and I went pretty late in the day, almost at closing time. Todd Minter stayed late and took me on a test drive of a Ford Fiesta. He even went and made the manager stay late so we could negotiate a deal since I fell in love with the car. Everyone was nice and professional. No one bullied me or tried to make me buy anything right away. It was a great experience. Much better than when I went to Nissan and Chevy. Those places were disorganized, pushy, and their workers really didn't seem like they wanted to work at all. More
