I arrived at BJ Ford because a saleswoman was professional and courteous enough to pick me up. She escorted me to the auto shop where my car was being assessed with no hassle AND a smile. Customer service, professionalism, and a tenacious attitude to get me the best deal are the things that get me to do business at a car dealership and purchase a vehicle. The team at BJ Ford exhibited that. I was able to get a fair rate for my trade in, negotiate a good deal with fair payments and terms that I was comfortable with, settle the financing QUICKLY AND CONCISELY, and drive off with a vehicle that I liked. The sales woman noticed that I was less than pleased with my first choice and took the initiative to suggest another vehicle. Good sale, good business, good experience all around! Outstanding Service this is the 4th vehicle I have purchase from Bobby Jones Ford Lincoln. Shannon Saxon who coordinates the maintenance on both of our vehicles and is the main reason we return to Bobby Jones for the maintenance recommended Al Kemp when I asked her for a reference. She stated that he would be fair and honest to deal with and she was spot on with her recommendation.Al made the entire experience pleasant and stress free. The sale happened so quick and smooth, that it was hard to believe when we drove the car off the lot. Al arranged for Antonio Dunn to help with the explanation of some of the electronics and Antonio was also very professional with he tutorial. Al introduced us to Bud and again our thanks for his making us feel like we were more than just another customer. The loan officer who I believe was Todd Minter was also very professional and made the final stages of the purchase move along with no delays. As you can tell I am extremely pleased with our purchase and plan on purchasing another vehicle (probably an Explorer) within the next two years. More
