We drove from Yorktown Va to Augusta on Saturday, had transmission problem on Sunday, went to BJ on Monday morning. Thinking it was the Torque Converter. They quickly determined that our transmission was worst than we figured, lots of pieces of medal laying in the bottom of it. They ordered a new transmission and had it installed by Tuesday afternoon in our 03 Expedition. If I lived closer to Augusta, BJ would be my dealer and service department. More
