This dealership has performed all maintance on all of my vehicles in recent years and my current service writer is Mrs. Shannon Saxon. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and hard working individual and kn vehicles in recent years and my current service writer is Mrs. Shannon Saxon. She is always in the service bay area and eager to help others and she listens to people and their concerns and usually has a solution to a problem. Staff are very eager to help you with finding the right car. I have bought four new car in my life and Bobby Mixon is by far the greatest dealer I have ever work with. He never pressure me into buy anything, like I felt form my previous three other dealer. I felt comfortable from the beginning and had no reservations later the same day coming to his Ford dealership to view the car. Once there, I found John Bowers to be a very knowledgeable resource and clearly experienced. There was never any pressure and he was truly a sales professional that had a desire to serve his customer without hesitation. Let me tell you about this dealership, over the years, my wife and I have bought several vehicles from this dealership. The service has always been good, but because of our service writer, Shannon Saxon, we wife and I have bought several vehicles from this dealership. The service has always been good, but because of our service writer, Shannon Saxon, we have had great service experience at this place. She is always at work with a friendly smile and ready to help me when I bring in one of my vehicles. She tells me what type of service is needed for the vehicle and is very up front and honest about, what I am paying for and how much it will cost me each time. She will let me know if there is a re-call on any of my vehicles and she makes sure I bring them in for the work to be done to fix the problem. She is a real asset to this dealership. Thank you. More

I saw the truck that I purchased on a Sunday afternoon, the dealership was closed. I thought about the truck for a few days and then one of my friends told me he had purchased a truck just like the one I the dealership was closed. I thought about the truck for a few days and then one of my friends told me he had purchased a truck just like the one I liked. It was the same color outside just different color interior. He said he was happy with the deal and the sales person(Ken Thomas). He said he would call Ken and get him to call me about the truck that I had looked at. Ken did call me and we arranged a meeting to test drive the F-150. I liked the truck, we went to Ken's office and talked about the price. I left and thought about the purchase that night. I called Ken the next day and we made the deal. Ken was very professional and nice. He was knowledgeable about the truck's features and accessories. That's why I gave him the rating that I did.
