As a customer service person myself, I know how a human is supposed to be spoken to. Mr. Royal not only made me feel like less than a person, but he went the extra mile of telling me that if i didn't purchase a car from him that no one in Augusta would sell me a car. He even asked me to let him see the check I had before he would even consider putting me in what I was looking for. I knew that owning my car for only a year I would be upside down in my current situation a little even with a trade-in. I had done my homework while applying for my loan to get the car I desired. And for him to not only speak on behalf of his entire dealership but seemingly every other dealership in Augusta was absolutely outrageous. Needless to say someone in Augusta did sell me a car. The exact car that I was looking for, with no hassle nor was I disrespected.
