I also enjoyed Joe Pretzello's warm welcome upon my arrival from the service department and his keen interest in me and my family. It has been over a year since buying my first Subaru through Joe and he still calls me by name and makes me feel important--he opened the door wide-open and greeted me before I even knew which way to enter the showroom to get to the waiting area. They are respectful and knowledgable. Customer satisfaction followup is always done. Oddly Columbia Subaru never asked if I was satisfied.
