I got my first car without any credit history. Vinod and Will were really helpful . Now I have traded in and got my second vehicle from here and again they both did their best and got me into the best deal possible
Worst Dealership ever!!! Cheaters!!
Here is my experience. Scheduled appointment for test driving 2019 Rogue SL AWD at 6PM Sep 30th. Went to showroom and was greeted by Mr. John who is the sales manager. He comforted me and told Red color was not available but can show me other vehicle and we can test drive it. Test drive went well with the car with premium package and came to desk for the price negotiations. Since red color was not available, But i need red color, John brought me his boss for negotiation. Negotiation started as saying they can bring me the Red color with same options as in the car that was shown to me next morning if i can make the deal now itself. So started with 0$ down payment, 525$/month for 60 month and finally agreed upon 0$ down payment, 490$/month for 60 month. Signed this just a paper where these numbers were written. Now gave the SSN details for credit check and since i had good score all went well. The manager again came with a deal of 458$/month for 60 months if i can take any other color in stock. Since i was very firm with Red color and i am ok to pay 490$ for Red, they took 500$ refundable deposit to lock the rate and locate the vehicle. I got the copy of the Credit check filled paper and happily left the showroom that i got the car with my budget and also the same color.. On Oct 1st, John called me and said that he ocated the vehicle in Glendale heights Nissan and going to pick that. He sent me pictures of the meter which shown 21 miles and VIN number.. I told him that i will come on Oct 2nd at 11AM with my family and take the delivery of the car.
Here comes the tragedy, when i went into the showroom on Oct 2nd, John greeted my wife and kid and asked us to wait to bring the car to front. Once he brought we went to see the car and its similar to same car shown to me in test drive but with red color that i wanted..We were so happy that we got the dream car.. We went inside to sign the papers.. John brought the papers which said around 700$ for 60 months.. i got confused and asked that our deal is 490$ for 60 months. he said that rebates changed as this is new month. I understand that the renates change, thats why the deposit was taken and deal was finalizedon Sep30. if the car would have been available i would have taken the delivery on the same day. then he brought his manager who was very rude and he said that he can offer for lease and tried to convince me for lease. this is when i got frustrated and ready to walk away. now they cam e with deal for same 490$ for 72 months.. Really???? this is how you treat the customers? finally walked away getting my deposit back but with a hard enquiry on my crdit file. I asked them to remove the hard enquiry.. will wait and see.
Today on Oct 3rd, got a call from thei internet sales team asking me whether i came on Oct 2nd?? Guys, seriously???
So i would definitely give any negative stars to them... No courtesy, No good customer handling...Negaitve stars....

I recently purchased a preowned truck from Howard and the Gerald Nissan team. This is the second vehicle that I purchased from Howard and this experience was just as good as the first. I have been looking at trucks for a while and when I saw one that I liked at a Gerald dealership I didn't hesitate to call Howard. He got me the deal and the truck that I wanted. Howard makes the buying process enjoyable and as stress free as possible. I will definitely be back when I'm ready for a new car.
