After a rough start of the year, and my husband being rear ended resulting in his car being totaled, January finally ended with a bang of driving home in our new crosstrek! We can not thank Gerald Subaru enough for their support and dedication in making sure we got what we needed. From first walking into the impeccable facility of Gerald Subaru, we were approached with happy faces and overwhelming kindness. From there, we had the pleasure of working with the spectacular Mike O’brien. Mike offered us a unforgettable experience, and we feel so lucky to work with such a genuine down to earth guy! From out first test drive on the amazing text track to the follow up inventory emails, Mike listened, paid attention to detail, and never made us feel rushed. He was respectful and is very good at what he does. After working closely with Mike we also had the pleasure of working with Tim Murray in finance. Out of all of our experiences partnering and having conversation with finance departments one thing we learned is, Tim is the guy you want in your cornor. Tim was very thorough, patient, and took the time making sure we had a solid understanding of all the ins and out. Tim has an amazing ability to make light of tough conversations and is one of the most personable people we have met. We walked out of Gerald Subaru feeling joy and cared for, and we are 110% happy to join the Gerald Subaru family! More

Can't imagine buying a car anywhere else after this! We visited at least 6 dealerships in our recent car search. None compared to Gerald Subaru! From the moment we walked into the showroom, we had a feeling it was going to be a standout experience. And it was! Leo Lopez converted us into lifelong Subaru addicts in minutes, highlighting all of Subaru's adventurous and weather-worthy features on the funnest test track we've seen. Our test drive with him showed us that Subarus would crush pretty much every other car running the course. (Multiple dealerships use the same course, so we got to witness the difficulty other makes were having on the snow hill, etc.) Besides the fun of the test track, Leo turned out to be the kind of guy you don't mind having to sit at a desk with through the hours-long car buying process. Knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and even funny. Plus, willing to work together until we made a great deal. We would definitely work with him again for a future car purchase! I'm already planning to direct my parents to him, as they are currently looking for a new car as well. We also really appreciated working with Anthony Mazany in finance. Besides being very thorough, he somehow managed to make signing away large sums of money a less painful experience. He worked with us until he found the right set of parameters to match our budget exactly. So we finished the process feeling good about every single dollar we spent. We also had a few phone and online interactions with Marie Stepanek. She was a great help in answering our questions and keeping the process moving forward between our initial visit and ultimate purchase. We drove away tonight with not just a new car, but with a new loyalty to both the Subaru name and the Gerald Subaru dealership. More
