Nino - while I appreciate the follow up, I have stopped by the desk on the main floor of the dealership each time this has happened to report my disappointment and I was basically paid lip-service, "We will look into this" and nothing was done to solve the problem and no one ever followed up with me. Frankly, if the service advisor writes in capital letters and hi-lites in yellow marker the phrase "DO NOT MOVE SEAT" what more can be done, either the mechanic is illiterate and cannot read or he doesn't give a xxxx. The mechanic on my latest visit was Roland Corpuz and prior to that Joseph Devitt and before that Lorenzo Hernandez. On a side note, I notice after leaving that all of my tires were over inflated - they should be set at 35 psi in the front and 33 in the rear. My front tires were at 40 psi and the rear's at 38.
