Second, the Business Manager, Darell Cintron, wrapped up the paperwork and made that experience a "non-event", even though it seemed like the amount of paperwork equaled that of buying a house. Darell explained everything as we went and disclosed all the terms to our satisfaction. This is the second new car we have purchased at Gerald Subaru in North Aurora, and we have always done our service there as well. We will of course bring this new car there too. We have always recommended Gerald to other people. Eric will be recommended as a trusted source to other people now too. One of our daughters owns a Forester (she brings it to Gerald for service), and when she is in the market for a trade-in, she will be given Eric's name for sure!
