I've learned about this site through a friend. Normally I would not go throught this effort, however the customer/client relationship that I have with this Dealership is worth mentioning. I've purchased new Toyota vehicles at Planet Toyota since about 2000. My wife and I have purchased several. Most all vehicle were purchased from Larry Paveza, one of their salespersons. Larry is a true professional. I bring both my Toyota Sequoia and my wife's Toyota Camery to Planet Toyota for routine service.... that's it. We have not had to return any vehicle for warranty work. Why? I believe it's because the staff at Planet go over the vehicles with a fine toothed comb to ensure that they meet the standard Toyota owners expect to obtain. When at the dealership, Larry always makes it a point to see us to chat and see if we have any questions about the vehcile. Larry doesn't sell a car and walk away. He's there to answer questions every time. Other dealerships should take lessons from Planet Toyota. Their entire staff seem to be cheerful, pleasant, and surprisingly, very good at remembering customers names. This goes for personnel in Service, Financing, and management. Every person I talked to seemed to be knowledgeable and friendly and the finance guy (Bill) explained to me in every detail everything I needed to know about the specifics of my purchase. The whole aura at this dealership is outstanding -- professional, friendly and considerate. We recently recommended Planet Toyota to a friend who needed a very specific used van because of several children with disabilities. The dealership came through brilliantly and our friend is delighted. Altogether we've probably recommended Planet Toyota to a dozen individuals and many have purchased autos through them. I have in the past taken my camry to a local mechanic for routine service. I had a knocking noise when driving at higher speeds that they were not able to diagnose after having taken two longer road trips. routine service.
