I have bought many cars over the years and each time it comes to going to the dealer there is a certain feeling of uneasiness that takes over. I was treated with professionalism by every employee I had the pleasure of meeting. The salesman helped me pick a car that was right for me and was not in the least bit invasive of my space in doing so. When it came time to decide on warranty options, they were explained in layman's terms so I could make a choice best suited to my needs. I bought a 2010 tundra, from Planet Toyota a couple months ago. Before actually purchasing the tundra I met with the salesman and asked ALOT of questions about many different things, and options regard months ago. The salesman answered all my questions, with great knowledge and patience. After test driving the tundra and playing with the many options, I had more Questions about things like, XM radio, ipod and aux, imput ( which is awesome..) , stability control, towing, 4X4 , and more. Again I was impressed with the knowledge in the answers. I had research the prices for months , at other dealers, and on the internet, after deciding that I was going to purchase a tundra, I wanted to get it exactly like I wanted it. Planet Toyota made a search and found the tundra I wanted with all options I wanted, and I was back to pick it up 2 days later, exactly the way I ordered it, with no surprises!!! The price, spray bedliner, everything was the way we had discussed. At last it was time for the finance department, where I received 0% for 60 months... and beyond that the finance manager was very knowledgeable, regarding finances options, and warranties, however not " too pushy" like I have experience in previous vehicle purchases. In all, great service at dealership, I would recommended to everyone, just like I was recommended by a friend, which also had a great experience at Planet Toyota. More
