Germain Ford does not extend credit or deny credit to anyone. We only represent lending institutions captive to our manufacturer and approved by the corporation. As a franchised Ford dealership, GMAC/ALLY is not a lender we have access to. Nor do we know their specific terms, conditions or credit criteria requirements for granting approvals. Additionally, customers are under no obligation to use our approved lenders. We welcome them to pay cash or arrange their own financing through any lending institution they prefer. Second: Many factors impact credit approvals between lenders. · Type of vehicle; year, make and model · Purchase Price/Amount financed; cash down payment and rebates · Retail Contract Term; 24 to 84 months · Lease Contract Term; 24 to 48 months · The addition of a Co-Buyer or Guarantor · Credit Information; Beacon Score, Job Time, Job Title, Income, Residency, References, Debt Load and Payment History We cannot speculate on what alterations of these factors allowed ALLY to approve the loan.
