Ryan was very informative and knowledgeable about our New Ford Edge. We were debating between the Edge and Acura MDX. If it wouldn't have been for Ryan we might not have purchased our Edge. We had several questions and Lee never made us feel like we were being difficult or foolish, he checked into everything we asked about. I visited the dealership again when I was in the area (we live in north Dayton) to investigate future purchases because I like Germain's dealership more than the dealerships that we have left in the Dayton area. The price was right at what we considered correct and fair through our research as we looked for this vehicle (15-passenger E-350) for a few months to replace our older one. More
