Kristina was the first person who fully explained the difference between Honda recommended maintenance and technician recommended maintenance. Seems logical enough. Robert Solis, my service manager was everything I look for in service. He listened to me and immediately spoke to the head of service and to Germaine’s top mechanic. My car was repaired very quickly. This was after months of attempting to have the repair made at Prescott Honda to no avail. I highly recommend Robert and Germain Honda. Don’t waste your time at Prescott Honda. I will never buy a car or use their service department again. Germain Is the only way to go. More
