I was disappointed with my recent service experience at Germain Hyundai. I scheduled an appointment specifically to address the recall(s) on my 2019 Hyundai. Since these were known recalls and the appoint Germain Hyundai. I scheduled an appointment specifically to address the recall(s) on my 2019 Hyundai. Since these were known recalls and the appointment had been scheduled in advance, I expected the dealership to have the necessary parts available before my arrival. After bringing my vehicle in, I was informed that the required part(s) had to be ordered, which meant the recall work could not be completed. As a result, I now have to take additional time to schedule and return for another service appointment. What has been even more frustrating is that it has now been over a week, and I still have not received a call to let me know the part has arrived or to schedule the follow-up appointment. I understand that parts availability can sometimes be outside the dealership’s control. However, for a scheduled recall service, I believe the parts should have been verified and available before asking a customer to bring in their vehicle. At a minimum, I would have appreciated proactive communication and a timely follow-up. I hope this feedback helps improve the scheduling and recall process for future customers. Thank you.
