I had a really great experience working with Carl at Germain Hyundai. I had a very specific idea of the Tucson I wanted—the exact color combination and features—and after striking out with several deale Germain Hyundai. I had a very specific idea of the Tucson I wanted—the exact color combination and features—and after striking out with several dealerships in the Pittsburgh area, I was pretty surprised when Carl said he would look for it. He didn’t just tell me what was available on the lot. He actually searched for the exact car I wanted and found one at another dealership. Germain Hyundai then worked out a trade to bring it in for me. All the work and negotiating was done over the phone. I really appreciated that Carl listened to what I wanted and took the time to make it happen. He made the whole experience feel personal rather than like I was just another sale. I’m very grateful for his persistence and for going the extra mile to find my Tucson! More
