Worst experience ever. Took 3.5 months to get my car fixed. Was given a date and time to bring my car in for repair and pick up a rental. I am 82 yrs old with severe copd a Took 3.5 months to get my car fixed. Was given a date and time to bring my car in for repair and pick up a rental. I am 82 yrs old with severe copd and on oxygen at all times. This is not easy for me. When I arrived she told me my appointment had been canceled. I asked why I was not notified she said she didn't have time. Really? Didn't have 30 seconds to call me? During the time Germain had my car, over 3 weeks , I never heard a word about progress on my car. Several times I called Anastasia she never answered one time. Called at least 8 times and left messages for her to please call me. Got no response. Called Mowerys body shop and asked for progress on my car. Told them they had my car for 3 weeks. When do I get it back. They were very polite with me and said there is no way they had my car 3 weeks. Who knows where my car was setting with nothing being done? Or why? When I did get the car back I immediately traded it in on a new hyudai kona. I drove to Dublin oh to do this rather than Germain at auto mall. You have lost a customer forever. More
