Let’s start out by saying I went to get my oil changed at their service department, they changed the oil I picked up my car and I left. Three weeks later. My car started missing real bad, I did research. I t their service department, they changed the oil I picked up my car and I left. Three weeks later. My car started missing real bad, I did research. I thought it was the gas I was using I thought I didn’t close the gas cap correctly but . I opened it and closed it, for one day the engine light went away. I thought the problem was solved, following day a light came on again. I made an appointment at Germain Kia service department. I went in, and I spoke to a service advisor by the name Brylan explain the situation asked if he had a loaner car I could use. He told me he did not. I asked him what he suggested. He said enterprise didn’t offered to help me get one just said enterprise I explained I didn’t have the asking if at that time to get a rental car and asked if he was sure they had no loaner car. He explained to me that they had transferred 15 loaner cars to another department. I asked him when he thought he would have one. He said he has to wait till that for Monday. The service manager was in a training seminar and he couldn’t get one. I don’t understand why you couldn’t ask somebody else if they find a car for me to use. I turned around and took my car to Couglin Kia and got me in the next day. The service advisor helped me find a rental car and got me a good rate. They called me up and explained to me. The problem was the technician that changed my oil hand, tighten the oil nut on the oil pan. It was only being hung on by two threats. All they could drain out was a quart of oil that’s all that was left in my car. Before I even took it to either one of those dealers I went to AutoZone and they did a test on my car. It said cylinders misfiring, but the funny thing about it was it said Braden or Brylan how do you pronounce his name? I’m sorry ask me if I was low on oil. I said I just have my loyal changed by you guys. When I went to Conlin service advisor saw that he said are you low on oil? I explained I just have oil change. I want to make Kia. He said usually when you see an camshaft problem, your low on oil and now back to the original conversation I Coughlin Kia they called me up and he said there’s a problem with no oil in the car. Went back to Germain Kia/Service explain the situation to Sers advisor Nate great service advisor. I explained that they found metal shades in the oil pan. He said oh no I will get that car towed back down to Germain Kia and we’ll take care of everything and funny this is only a day later. Nate found me a loaner carr!! Still can’t figure out why Brylan couldn’t find me a loaner car but Nate was able to!!! I was hoping to build a good relationship with Germain Kia, that will not happen now! Very disappointed with Kia Service department and one service advisor really stopped my good feeling about Germain Kia/Service Advisiob. Go back there again. More

Went for my first oil change 7,000 mi Sportage Ex Hybrid. Service Advisor Braden very helpful, found me a better coupon and had my dirty car washed, inside and out. Impressive! Nice Service Mgr too!
