I sent e-mails out to a few Ford and Mercury dealers requesting information on the Fusion and Milan. Dave Kern responded first and was the only response I received. He guided me by understanding my needs and not pushing me into something I did'nt need or want. I love my Milan and am heartbroken that I won't have an opportunity to own another. This is my 5th Mercury, an excellent product and my salesman Dave "the best". I would be remis if I did'nt thank the service department-THEY ARE GREAT!
