Germain Subaru of Columbus gets 5 stars from me! Justin, the sales associate, went with me on my test drive,(I didn't know my way around Columbus), and he made me feel extremely comfortable. Justin, the sales associate, went with me on my test drive,(I didn't know my way around Columbus), and he made me feel extremely comfortable. I test drove Foresters on 5 different lots that day and Justin was the only one that answered all my questions and even gave me information about things I hadn't even thought about asking. He was the only sales rep that put up the hood for me to check out the motor. Car buying can be extremely stressful, especially for a woman, but Justin and Larry made the whole ordeal painless!
