Must have been a busy day I had an apt for my husband’s car to get an oil change. I was taken in quickly and told it would be an hour. At 45 minutes in, I saw what appeared to be my car back in the check in garage. I waited another 30 minutes before I inquired if it was my car. I did not ask the man I checked in with, I asked a women as the man was not around. She was clearly frustrated with my question and told me to wait because the man that dealt with me was processing two other cars. Those cars had just arrived in the last couple minutes and I would certainly have been happy to wait my turn. Then, upon her prompting I assume, the gentleman that helped me nodded that I was finished. This was 45 minutes after my car arrived back in the check in area. I presented a coupon and he became frustrated because I had not presented it earlier. I can only assume they were an employee short or having a bad day, and of course I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. However, the frustration and annoyance of their day did not need to affect everyone else. The actual maintenance seemed to be up to par. Costumer service and amount of wait time was disappointing. Waited 4 hrs before car was looked at. I arrived to the dealeeship at 7:15 am, they open at 7:30 am. Got car into service area and explained my problems with car. At 11:23 am, service writer asks me if im waiting on my car, said the invoice stated i was dropping off. So i pulled out my phone smand showed the appointment was booked 3 weeks ago and it said transportation: waiting. Then all of the sudden my car ends up in the service area to be worked on. Wasted 4 hrs of my day for nothing. Still have same issues, still cost me $81 and nothing was fixed. More

He made it easy to sign the paperwork and go over everything that we would need. Jacob stayed in contact with me at all times and made sure I was aware of the processes. He was very friendly and still checks up on me if I have any questions or concerns. I appreciate Clayton for getting me into my forester and made sure I was truly happy with the car. The process was easy and quick, I will choose Hatfield Subaru for future purchases and will recommend them to my friends. More

He listened very well to me and understood my preference for a "low tech" car. He communicated well and found my Jasmine Green Forester and made sure I was comfortable before he sent me on my way. Since this was my first car purchase in 18 years it was important for me to take my time. Hatfield Subaru had been recommended to me by others and I would certainly make that same recommendation in the future. More
