Before it was Germain. Wolverine Toyota was an amazing place to go. Now that it is Germain however. It is not a good place. The service manager there is an arrogant man who talks down to everyone. Everything has to be a sale to him. Absolutely awful experience. I came in for my oil change and tire rotation. I was told my first 3 oil changes were free. They did not honor this like they said they would. They did not rotate my tires, and they lied on the paperwork that they adjusted my tire pressures to ABOVE the manufacturer recommend psi! They said they put it to 35 when my tires are to be at 32. But they didn't put any air in them at all! My second tire rotation here they ruined multiple of my lugs nuts and didn't tell me. I didn't find out until I went to do the rotation myself on my trucks next due rotation. It has been nothing but bad experiences ever since Germain bought this location. I will NOT ever return to this dealer. More
