He was extremely patient and understanding with my long decision making process and stayed after hours to help complete the purchase process. Not only did it feel like I was on my own timeline, but he was able to carry a genuine conversation that didn’t feel forced or “salesman-like”. Octavio is knowledgeable on vehicles he is selling, but more importantly he brings a human element to the interaction. I can attest that he is able to put himself in the shoes of the buyer and give clients what they need. More

I brought my 2024 VW Atlas to Germain Volkswagen of Westerville on March 9th and didn’t get it back until April 3rd. The experience was a masterclass in how NOT to run a service department. Zero Com Westerville on March 9th and didn’t get it back until April 3rd. The experience was a masterclass in how NOT to run a service department. Zero Communication: I was never given a timeline. Every update I received over the course of nearly a month only happened because I called them. No Support: My car sat there for weeks while they waited for parts and "specialists," yet they never once offered a loaner vehicle or any way to mitigate the massive inconvenience. Zero Quality Control: This is the most unbelievable part. When I finally picked up the car and got it home, I realized the entire glove box was MISSING. They literally handed me the keys to a new car with a hole in the dashboard and didn’t notice. I had to drive back just to have them put the interior of my car back together. It is clear they do not perform final inspections or value their customers' time. If you value your vehicle and your sanity, take it somewhere else. The service department manager, Jared, was sympathetic and apologetic after all of this. It is a shame it took so long to make contact with him and that the issues were not raised to his attention sooner. I appreciated the conversation I had with him at the very end. More

These guys are the Dream Team when it comes to buying a car! No pressure just to make a sale. They want you to get what YOU want! Fabian is Fab! Service Department Olivia is absolutely outstanding! Then there is Shiloh, not part of my auto deal at all, but probably one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met in my life! They are all focused on one thing… making sure their customers are happy and that they feel welcome and valued. You are not a dollar sign here, you are treated like a long lost friend and are welcomed by everyone! I love my 2024 Jetta and as long as Fabian continues to sell cars, he has a customer for life! I can’t say enough good things about Germain VW in Westerville (even the restroom is spotless) and if I could give them all a thousand star rating I would do it!
