Bought four tires online from VW for Tiguan and scheduled installation. VW special was Buy 3 Get 1 for a $1. I arrived and they didn't have my appointment. Said there is often a disconnect between VW.com and installation. VW special was Buy 3 Get 1 for a $1. I arrived and they didn't have my appointment. They told me that my car would require $360 alignment bc calibrations. Then they told me they couldn't honor the 3/$1 offer. So, no tires, no service and no more a customer. More
