Charged 5. 5 hours of labor for work that was done in less than 3 and very likely done in less than 2 hours. 40,000 mile service is little more than an oil chang 5 hours of labor for work that was done in less than 3 and very likely done in less than 2 hours. 40,000 mile service is little more than an oil change yet cost was $900. Over a thousand in total. This outrageous overcharging sends a clear message that this dealership is in it for the short term and not looking for repeat car buying customers. I won’t be back to this dealer and am turned off by volvo altogether. More
