I really don't know where to begin. I had such a horrible experience with your service department. I made an appointment to have some issues looked at. Collision warning light, clunk in front end, cruise control not working. The appointment was for 8:00 am. I was told the service dept. Opened at 7:00 am and I could drop it off at that time. I arrived at 6:45 am. I observed several technicians wondering around smoking at the opposite side of the service entrance. The doors did not open until 7:15. I was told they could not find my appointment so the service writer had to manually enter my information. That took another 15 minutes. What should have been a 5 minute stop on my way to work turned into 30 minutes. I called the service department at 2:00 to find out the status of my truck. I was told someone would call me back. No one ever did. I called back 30 minutes later l. After the phone ringing approximately 20 times I was told by the person who answered the phone that they were instructed to take messages as no service writers were available. I went to the dealer to get my truck. I was initially told it was not looked at. 10 minutes later I was told they diagnosed it and someone was supposed to call me with recommendations. I never received a call. I was also told due to some aftermarket parts I owed them a $150 diagnostic fee to release my truck. I refused to pay and left using my spare key fob. When I did get in my truck, there was a Styrofoam cup half full of coffee that one of your employees left in my truck. Needless to say I will never shop or set foot on any property associated with Gerry Lane enterprises. I really would like the opportunity to discuss this incident with upper management. More

After bring my vehicle to the GM dealer, I went to pick the vehicle up. I was not there long, but it appears to me that GM is only concerned with money and not customer satisfaction. I have had transmission work done on this vehicle (2018 GMC Sierra 1500, vin 3GTU2PEC3JG542830) several times now and it's still not fixed properly. Also, the Waiver of Redhibition Warranty and Righsts was NOT disclosed to me before or after I signed and paid for the service. However, after reading the waiver when I got home, it was abundantly clear to me that GMC is not interested in customer service and is only interested in deceiving the customer and committing a robbery on us. Very disappointing. Will I buy another GM, yeah probably so, but with great disappointment. (The bill came out to over $2200, but I don't even know how it was calculated since GM paid close to $200.00 which left me with a bill of $1600.00.
