The communication with the Service Dept. was poor at best trying to receive information back. Aside from what I believe was an excessive charge for the project, when my truck was received there were greasy b trying to receive information back. Aside from what I believe was an excessive charge for the project, when my truck was received there were greasy boot marks, scuffs, and hand prints everywhere. Additionally a road test was required post repair and in doing so the seats positions were changed, the radio was on and volume up and the climate control settings had been changed. I understand the need to make driver adjustments, but put them back like you found them. It’s a test drive not a joy ride. Oh, and the test drive was 20 miles in length and the stored items beneath the back seat had slid out into the floor board indicating fast and hard braking. This too seems excessive. More
