My window regulator quit working, I have 45 k on my truck my extended warrenty covered it for a 50$ deductible,I was happy. In and out within 3 hours. It was a little long of a wait but i was very pleased with the visit.

"Worst service ever I went to the dealership twice to..."

Worst service ever I went to the dealership twice to get an oil change on my 04 Trailblazer the first time I came to the dealership I was told that it would be about 5 hours before I could even get my car touched, I asked if I could make an appointment for Monday to bring it in and was told that the dealership does not schedule appointments for oil changes and I would just have to walk in.... On Friday I walked in and asked about the 29.95 oil change on The dealers website and was told that it was a mail in rebate to get that price point, After sitting in the waiting area for 4 hours with NO WIFI (yes in 2013 a dealership does not offer WIFI) I paid almost $50 dollars for my oil change and when I came back to submit my rebate I found out that it was not in fact a rebate offered by GM but something offered by the dealership as a special what a waste of time and money. Be careful I would not refer anybody to go here for an oil change or any service outside of the 36/36.. if I knew it was this bad I would have went to a quick lube for service but I like to let a GM dealership work on my car... I am glad I do not stay in Baton Rouge cause I would not want this to be the preferred dealer for me to visit

"I went in for my first oil change at 7000 miles was told..."

I went in for my first oil change at 7000 miles was told the oil was not thick enough yet for free oil change and would have to pay for it. Went in to talk to sales manager because he told me three months ago to come see him if i had a problem, he wouldnt talk to me and directed me to someone else. When I became irate by this I was thrown out of the dealership and told they didnt care if i every bought another vehicle from them (this was my third). This will be the last time I buy anything from any Gerry Lane Ent. dealership
