Car sticker price was $1000 higher than what was quoted on CarGurus. Was immediately told that they have a 10% increase in sticker price because of “market adjustment” because of low inventory. I spent most of the day negotiating a fair price for a new Honda Accord. After all the paperwork was signed I saw that what the salesman had promised as part of the negotiation was NOT represented on the paperwork. When I called to inquire, I was basically called a liar. With all the fine print and added features they got their 10% increase even though that was taken off during the negotiation. I will never buy a car there again. I don’t trust them! More

The service manager Shane was very professional and listened to the needs of my 2021 Honda CRV. He responded quickly by text message when my car was ready. He also explained in details what the rattli listened to the needs of my 2021 Honda CRV. He responded quickly by text message when my car was ready.
